I am a trained physiotherapist from the Saxion University of Applied Science in the Netherlands. I have also studied sports science at the University College of Alta, taken a master’s degree in Athletic Therapy, and have now begun my studies Doctor of Manual Therapy. In addition to being a Hintsa Performance Coach, I am the founder of the Muscle Clinic, the Sports Clinic and the Norwegian Sports and Health Institute. I specializes in sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, complicated pain patients and focus on seeing the whole of man in my evidence-based holistic approach. I actively use ultrasound-guided diagnostics, as well as pressure wave therapy, to name a few of my modalities. I also identify causes and am very careful in my investigation.
I travel internationally to teach in my field, while also investing in acquiring the latest evidence-based expertise from leading academic communities in the various disciplines around the world. In addition to physical therapy, I pride myself on being able to help people reach their full potential. I am professionally engaged; I am the head of the Association of Private Practicing Physiotherapists (PFF), and serve on the board of the Musculoskeletal Health Council.
