BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, National Strength & Conditioning Association CSCS
I am a performance coach with a holistic philosophy that has been shaped through working with many world class coaches, doctors and therapists. I have a passion for the human body, health and performance. Having originally completed my Bachelors of Science in Physiotherapy back in 2008, I quickly gained an interest in the field of Strength & Conditioning. This led me to study on the UKSCA foundation course in 2011 and I later went on to become a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.
I provided physiotherapy and performance support around the Vancouver 2010, London 2012 and Sochi 2014 Olympics within the sports of Snowboarding, Skiing, Bob Skeleton and Kayaking. I have also supported many other individual athletes, including various professional boxers and at Hintsa I am currently working with a Formula 1 driver. I believe strongly in teamwork when supporting both an athlete’s competitive edge and wellbeing.
