After several years of working as a general practitioner, I extended my knowledge into coaching. In addition to my academic degrees, I’m also a pilates instructor and generally interested about the positive effects of movement and exercise on an individual’s wellbeing. I enjoy utilising Hintsa’s Circle of Better Life model and seeing how it improves the overall health of people. I’m a supportive and positive coach. I’m specialising in Sports Medicine and extending my knowledge about sleep and recovery. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and daughter, as well as playing tennis, doing pilates and strength training.
