Learn the method, refined over decades.
The Hintsa Method is built around the Circle of Success – a practical framework refined over 30 years that connects health, wellbeing, and performance into one integrated model.
In this course, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the Circle’s key elements, how they interact, and how you can apply the Hintsa Method with your clients or within your organisation.

Grow as a coach – and as a person.
At the center of our methodology is The Core – your identity and deepest sense of purpose and motivation. Blending theory, practice, self-reflection, and interaction with others, we help you hone your coaching skills, look inward, and connect with your true self.
Knowing who you are as a coach improves not only your craft, but your life.
Connect with like-minded professionals.
While helping others succeed is rewarding, it can also be isolating. In our course, you’ll share your journey with 30 to 40 fellow professionals from diverse backgrounds – doctors, physiotherapists, sports coaches, psychologists, nutritionists, ex-athletes, executive coaches, and other performance specialists.
Because learning is better together.
