Dr Robbie Anderson is a world-class performance psychologist with extensive experience at the sharp edge of elite sport, business, and motorsport. He is currently Head of Performance Psychology at Hintsa Performance, where he supports Formula 1 drivers and teams in optimising performance on and off the track – including work with F1 race winners, pit crews, engineers, and team leaders.
His expertise spans multiple motorsport categories, including F1, F2, WEC, and Le Mans, delivering psychologically-informed strategies that turn cutting-edge science into real-world competitive advantage. Robbie’s insights have been featured in The New York Times, exploring how F1 drivers develop elite levels of focus and resilience.
He has held leading roles across global high-performance environments – from Head of Psychology at INEOS Grenadiers (formerly Team Sky) to National Lead for Psychology at England Rugby, and Lead Psychologist for GB Taekwondo during the Rio Olympic cycle.
His corporate experience includes over a decade of delivering keynotes, workshops and development programmes across sectors, including six years coaching senior portfolio managers at one of the world’s top hedge funds in London and New York.
