Weekly Take a break sessions have started!

During 2021 our weeekly Take a break with Hintsa -sessions will be delivering value for both the brain and the body.
In January and February we will be focusing on Nutrition theme. During these sessions you will get useful hints and tips related to this theme starting with the main meal of the day – breakfast. Additionally making you move is an important part of this 20 minute session.
Do join us
on Wednesdays at 1pm (CET) in Finnish and
Thursdays a 2pm (CET) in English.
