On this week of our Monday Mindset series, we will focus on optimising your peak hours.

You can optimise your performance by knowing when the peak part of your day happens. Prepare yourself for the peak by going to bed at the same time daily and getting 7+ hours of sleep as that can help you maximise the cortisol levels needed for reaching your peak. Take a look at your calendar, could you reserve time in your daily schedules to maximise the use of your peak hours?

What to do during your peak? At work use it for difficult tasks or tasks demanding focus. If you are not at work, you can use your peak for exercise with hard or demanding load.

Top Tip:
Sleep well – a cortisol spike depends on sleep quality and quantity.
