Take a mindful break with Hintsa

As part of the Sofigate Better Life programme we continue with weekly wellbeing breaks on Tuesdays at 2 pm. In April we will introduce you to mindful movement.

These 20 minute long wellbeing sessions start with an activation continuing with concrete tips related to a wellbeing theme. In April Take a break -sessions we will focus on the body and mind connection.

Mindful movement is an effective way to reduce stress and its physical consequences with clear physical and mental benefits.

In addition to movement you will also get some good tips for controlling your mental energy levels.

These sessions are hosted by Hintsa performance coach and mental wellbeing expert Riikka Pasanen.
