Wellbeing breaks with Hintsa continue this week

As part of the Sofigate Better Life programme we will continue with weekly wellbeing breaks on Tuesdays at 2 pm.

Working from home days can be bliss, but at worst, it’s a long stretch of dull repetition. What’s more, a Harvard study showed that working hours increased 10-20% in the pandemic. Yikes. To maintain a sharp mind, we absolutely need to take breaks. So take a break with Hintsa – one weekly session, 20-minutes, one changing theme. On-screen or off.

These wellbeing sessions start with an activation continuing with concrete tips related to a wellbeing theme. In February we will focus on nutrition theme.
