Launching Operation Safety Net!
This coming fall there will be more emphasis on the individual wellbeing. Each and every Sofigator will be offered an opportunity to meet with a Hintsa coach to discuss their personal wellbeing situation and get help moving forward. And along the way a network of peer support will be formed to support you when you need it most.
This operation will be kicked off in September. A selection of people will be forming a pilot group who are contacted individually offering this chance to book a meeting with a Hintsa coach. Eventually all Sofigators will be contacted.
But you do not need to wait until you hear the phone ringing. You can go and book a meeting with a coach yourself! These meetings are set to be 90 minute long giving you enough time to discuss your personal situation and then agree on steps going forward.
