Take a break on Tuesdays goes outdoors in May!

As part of the Sofigate Better Life programme we continue with weekly wellbeing breaks on Tuesdays at 2 pm. In May we will take you for a 30 minute walk!

During May Take a break sessions we will take your outdoors! The purpose of these sessions is to increase your understanding on how you can improve your mental skills via movement and practical tips.

We will discuss for example what role concentration, prioritisation and positive thinking have on your efficiency, motivation and recovery. When you make  smart daily choices both your body and mind will thank you!

These 30 minute sessions are walking sessions together with coach Jari Jaakkola. To join the walk, you’ll need suitable clothing, the Zoom application on your phone, and headphones. Pick the route of your choice.
